SAFETY INSPECTION
To avoid delays during the event, the safety inspection will be done EXCLUSIVELY on 06/19, Thursday, until 8 PM. Robots that do not pass the safety inspection will not be able to compete.
NEW MEMBERS
After the registration deadline, new competitors can only register at the event check-in, if there are still spots available. The registration fee for competitors on the day of the event will be R$ 250.00.
NEW ROBOTS
After the end of the 2nd batch, which will be available until 06/02 at 4:00 PM, it will no longer be possible to register new robots.
MEMBER CHANGES
Changes of competitors (from the same team) will be accepted until 06/02/25, upon sending an email to eventos@robocore.net requesting the change (inform the names of the users). After this date, changes will only be made in person, at the event accreditation, and a fee of R$ 25.00 will be charged for reprinting the badge. Accepted payment methods: card, Pix, and/or cash.
If the competitor attends the first day of the event but does not come on the following days, it will not be possible to exchange for another member. In this case, it is necessary to make a new registration or purchase a day pass directly at the RCX check-in counter.
PIT AREA
The pit area will be open from 06/19 to 06/22, from 9 AM to 8 PM, considering that the matches will start at 10:30 AM and end at 8 PM, except for 06/22 with a scheduled end at 4 PM followed by the awards ceremony. All teams must leave the area by 8 PM. We advise teams to take their equipment and personal belongings after the end of the day. RCX and Campus Party are not responsible for any competitor's equipment. The security team present on site is to ensure the structures and equipment of the venue.
We reinforce the essential rules for the RoboCore competition pit area. All these rules were developed based on the procedures adopted in the main international robotics tournaments. We highlight the main points:
- The pit area is intended for robot maintenance;
- Access is allowed only for those registered for the event;
- Competitors with long hair must keep it tied up;
- The use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory on the premises, such as long pants, closed shoes, and safety glasses for welding and grinding;
It is crucial to strictly follow all rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved and avoid unforeseen events. Review the official Procedure file on the event website https://events.robocore.net. If you have any questions, please contact us by email eventos@robocore.net

ROBOT COMBAT | PROCEDURES
We know that it is very difficult to start participating in robotics competitions, there are many rules and procedures, and sometimes something goes unnoticed. The purpose of this video is to present in a visual way the procedures to be taken before, during, and after the rounds in robot combat competitions. Pay attention to these procedures for a smoother and safer competition. More information on the website: https://events.robocore.net/rules
