SAFETY INSPECTION
To avoid delays during the event, the safety inspection will be performed EXCLUSIVAMENTE on 04/06, Thursday, until 8 PM. Robots that are not approved in the safety inspection will not be allowed to compete.

NEW MEMBERS
After registration closes, new competitors can only register at the event check-in, provided there are still spots available. The registration fee for competitors on the day of the event will be R$ 250.00.

NEW ROBOTS
After the end of the 2nd batch, which will be available until 02/06 at 16:00, it will no longer be possible to register new robots.

MEMBER EXCHANGE
Competitor exchanges (from the same team) will be accepted until 02/06/25, via email to eventos@robocore.net requesting the change (inform user names). After this date, exchanges will only be done in person, at the event accreditation, and a fee of R$ 25.00 will be charged for badge re-printing. Accepted payment methods: card, pix and/or cash.
If the competitor attends the first day of the event but does not come on the others, it will not be possible to exchange for another member. In this case, a new registration or the purchase of a daypass is necessary, directly at the RCX check-in counter.

PIT AREA
The pit area will be open from 04 to 07/06 from 9 AM to 8 PM, considering that matches will start at 10:30 AM and end at 8 PM, except on 07/06 with scheduled end at 4 PM followed by the awards. All teams must leave the area by 8 PM. We advise teams to take their equipment and personal belongings after the end of the day. RCX and Campus Party are not responsible for any competitor equipment. The security team present at the location is there to secure the venue's structures and equipment.

  We reinforce the essential rules for the pit area of RoboCore competitions. All these norms were developed based on procedures adopted in major international robotics tournaments. We highlight the main points:
  - The pit area is intended for robot maintenance;
  - Access is allowed only for event registrants;
  - Competitors with long hair must keep it tied back;
  - The use of PPE is mandatory on the premises, such as long pants, closed shoes, and safety glasses for welding and grinder use;

  It is crucial to strictly follow all rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved and avoid unforeseen events. Review the official Procedure file on the event website https://events.robocore.net. In case of doubts, contact us via email eventos@robocore.net

TEAM TABLES
After 8 PM, the Campus Party Open Area will be closed and only the Campuseiro Arena and Camping will remain in operation. In this space, we have set aside a community bench exclusively for RCX competitors, between 10 PM and 8 AM, for minor robot repairs. ROBOT COMBAT | PROCEDURES
We know it is very difficult to start participating in robotics competitions; there are many rules and procedures and sometimes something goes unnoticed. The purpose of this video is to visually present the procedures to be taken before, during, and after rounds in robot combat competitions. Pay attention to these procedures to have a smoother and safer competition. More information on the website: https://events.robocore.net/rules
